Deposit & Withdrawal

WorkSwiss documentation and policies

This Deposit & Withdrawal Policy explains the general procedures and requirements applicable when funding or withdrawing funds from a WorkSwiss account.

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, payment-method verification, security checks, Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") procedures and other requirements reasonably necessary to protect clients and the integrity of our services.

1. Deposits

Clients should use only payment methods made available or accepted by WorkSwiss.

Where reasonably required, the payment account, bank account, card, wallet or other payment method used to fund an account should be held in the client's name or otherwise be legitimately controlled by the verified account holder.

WorkSwiss may request information or documentation to verify the ownership and origin of funds before accepting or crediting a deposit.

2. Bank and Wire Transfers

Where bank or wire transfers are supported, clients must provide accurate payment information and use the payment instructions provided for their account.

WorkSwiss may request a transfer confirmation, bank statement, SWIFT confirmation or other payment evidence where reasonably necessary to identify a transfer, verify its origin or complete compliance checks.

A transfer may be delayed, rejected or returned if required information cannot be verified or if the transaction does not satisfy applicable payment, security or compliance requirements.

3. Card and Alternative Payment Methods

Where credit cards, debit cards, electronic wallets, digital assets or other payment methods are supported, additional requirements may apply depending on the payment provider and method selected.

Payment providers may impose their own limits, processing times, verification procedures, conversion rates or fees independently of WorkSwiss.

4. Third-Party Deposits

WorkSwiss may restrict or refuse deposits made using a payment method belonging to an unrelated third party.

Where a third-party payment arrangement is permitted, additional information and verification may be required before funds can be accepted or withdrawn.

Clients must not knowingly use payment methods without the lawful authorization of the payment-method owner.

5. Verification of Deposits

A deposit may be subject to verification before or after it is credited to an account.

Verification may include confirming:

  • The identity of the account holder;
  • Ownership or control of the payment method;
  • The origin of the funds;
  • Transaction details and payment references;
  • Information required under our AML and KYC procedures.

6. Source of Funds

WorkSwiss may request information or documentation concerning the source of funds used to make a deposit.

Depending on the circumstances, supporting information may include bank statements, payment records, income information or other evidence reasonably necessary to establish the legitimate origin of funds.

7. Crediting Deposits

A deposit will normally be reflected in the client's account after the relevant payment has been received, identified and processed and any required checks have been completed.

Processing times may vary according to the payment method, payment provider, banking network, blockchain network where applicable, verification requirements and other circumstances outside WorkSwiss's direct control.

8. Withdrawals

Clients may submit withdrawal requests through the withdrawal functionality or other official method made available by WorkSwiss.

A withdrawal request may be subject to account, identity, payment-method, security and compliance verification before it is approved.

9. Withdrawal to the Original Payment Method

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, WorkSwiss may return funds to the payment method originally used to fund the account.

This approach may be used as part of our fraud-prevention and AML controls.

Where returning funds to the original payment method is not possible or appropriate, another verified payment method belonging to the client may be considered, subject to additional verification.

10. Third-Party Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to unrelated third parties may be refused.

The beneficiary of a withdrawal should generally correspond to the verified account holder unless another arrangement has been expressly accepted following appropriate verification.

11. Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, WorkSwiss may require that relevant KYC and account-verification requirements have been satisfactorily completed.

Additional information or documentation may be requested, including:

  • Updated identity documentation;
  • Proof of residential address;
  • Payment-method ownership evidence;
  • Bank account information;
  • Source-of-funds information;
  • Information concerning particular transactions;
  • Other information reasonably necessary to complete the review.

12. Pending Verification

A withdrawal may remain pending while required verification, security or compliance checks are being completed.

Clients should respond to reasonable requests for additional information promptly in order to avoid unnecessary delays.

13. Outstanding Obligations

A withdrawal may be delayed, adjusted or restricted where the account has unresolved transactions, payment reversals, chargebacks, negative balances, outstanding obligations or other matters that must reasonably be resolved before funds can be released.

Any action taken will be subject to the account terms, applicable policies and applicable law.

14. Open Positions and Available Funds

Clients are responsible for monitoring their account and ensuring that sufficient available funds remain to support any open positions or other account obligations.

A withdrawal may reduce available funds and may affect the ability to maintain open positions.

Where applicable, only funds available for withdrawal may be withdrawn.

15. Withdrawal Amounts and Limits

Minimum or maximum transaction amounts may depend on the payment method, account circumstances, payment provider or technical requirements.

Any applicable limits should be displayed through the relevant payment or withdrawal process or otherwise communicated to the client.

16. Withdrawal Processing Times

WorkSwiss aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period after receiving all information and documentation required to process the request.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • The payment method selected;
  • Account verification status;
  • Additional security or compliance checks;
  • Banking or payment-provider processing;
  • Weekends and public holidays;
  • Blockchain or network conditions where applicable;
  • Incorrect or incomplete payment information.

Approval of a withdrawal by WorkSwiss does not necessarily mean that funds will immediately appear in the receiving account. External banks, card issuers, payment providers or networks may require additional processing time.

17. Incorrect Payment Information

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing withdrawal information before submitting a request.

Incorrect bank details, wallet addresses, payment references or other recipient information may result in delays, rejection or, in some circumstances, loss of funds where a transaction cannot be reversed.

Clients should contact WorkSwiss promptly if they believe incorrect information has been submitted.

18. Fees

A deposit or withdrawal may be subject to fees where applicable. Any fee charged directly by WorkSwiss should be disclosed through the relevant transaction process or otherwise communicated before or in connection with processing the transaction.

Third-party banks, payment processors, card issuers, blockchain networks or other intermediaries may impose charges independently of WorkSwiss.

19. Intermediary Bank Charges

Bank transfers may pass through intermediary or correspondent banks before reaching the destination account.

Such institutions may deduct fees from the transferred amount. These fees may be outside WorkSwiss's control.

Clients should contact their financial institution if they require information about fees charged by banks involved in a transfer.

20. Currency

Accounts, deposits and withdrawals may be available in currencies or supported assets specified by WorkSwiss.

Where a payment is made in a currency or asset different from the currency or asset applicable to the account or transaction, conversion may be required.

Conversion rates, spreads or charges may be applied by WorkSwiss, a bank, payment processor, card issuer or other service provider, as applicable.

21. Digital Assets and USDT

Where WorkSwiss supports deposits or withdrawals using USDT or other digital assets, clients are responsible for using the correct asset, wallet address and supported blockchain network.

Sending an unsupported asset or using an incorrect or unsupported network may result in delays or the inability to recover the transferred assets.

Digital-asset transactions may also be subject to blockchain confirmations, network congestion, network fees, wallet screening and additional verification.

22. Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

Unauthorized payment reversals, chargebacks or disputes may result in an account review.

Where a payment is reversed after funds have been credited to an account, WorkSwiss may make appropriate account adjustments and may restrict relevant account functionality while the matter is investigated.

23. Bonuses, Credits and Promotional Funds

If WorkSwiss offers a bonus, promotional credit or other non-deposited amount, separate terms may apply to that promotion.

Promotional or non-deposited amounts should not be assumed to be withdrawable unless the applicable promotional terms expressly provide otherwise.

Where no bonus or promotional program applies to an account, this section has no effect on the client's deposited funds or eligible trading proceeds.

24. Refunds

A withdrawal of an available account balance is not necessarily the same as a refund or reversal of an earlier payment.

Requests involving payment errors, duplicate transactions, unauthorized transactions or other circumstances requiring a refund will be reviewed according to the facts of the transaction, the payment method, applicable terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Security of Payment Instructions

Clients should submit deposit and withdrawal requests only through official WorkSwiss channels and should carefully verify payment instructions before transferring funds.

Clients should not send funds based solely on payment instructions received from an unverified third party claiming to represent WorkSwiss.

If payment instructions appear suspicious or unexpectedly change, clients should verify them through an official WorkSwiss contact channel before sending funds.

26. Account Security

WorkSwiss uses administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and transaction information.

Clients remain responsible for protecting their account credentials, devices, email accounts, payment accounts and authentication information.

27. Suspicious Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals may be reviewed where activity appears unusual, inconsistent with available client information or potentially connected with fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity.

Additional verification or other appropriate measures may be taken in accordance with our AML and KYC procedures.

28. Rejected or Returned Transactions

WorkSwiss may reject, return or decline to process a deposit or withdrawal where reasonably necessary for security, verification, payment-processing or compliance purposes.

Where appropriate, the client may be asked to provide additional information or use another verified payment method.

29. Additional Requirements

This Policy cannot describe every circumstance that may arise. Additional information, documentation or payment requirements may be necessary depending on the transaction, payment provider, account activity, security considerations or applicable legal and compliance requirements.

30. Changes to This Policy

WorkSwiss may update this Deposit & Withdrawal Policy from time to time to reflect changes to payment methods, services, security procedures, operational requirements or applicable requirements.
